Scope
The project calls for the construction of 4 ground + podium + 11-storey + health club
residential buildings on plot 35 in the Nshama Integrated Community development.
Schedule
Oct 2015: Designs are ongoing by ME Mimar Engineering.
Apr 2016: Designs are completed. The main construction contract will be out for tender by
May 2016..
Nov 2016: The main construction contract was out for tender. Bids were submitted.
Negotiations are ongoing for the main construction contract. Kier Dubai is a bidder for the
contract.
Jan 2017: The main construction contract has been awarded to the joint venture of Kier

Dubai and Arabian Construction Co (ACC) in January 2017. Mobilization has not commenced
yet. The development is expected to complete by 2019.
Feb 2017: Readymix Beton has been appointed as the ready-mix concrete supplier for the
project in February 2017. MEP contractor has not been appointed so far for the project.
Mar 2017: Piling works are ongoing. MEP Contract will be awarded in April 2017.
May 2017: MENASCO Contracting has been selected as the MEP Contractor for the project.
Official signing of contract is awaited by the end of May 2017.
