Take that path upon which the Prophet (S) went down.
Take that path
upon which our Nabi (S) went down. After Allah (swt), the most favors done
for us were by our Nabi (S). It is in his (S) nature to be like this. Gather all
the cries of the ummah and still the cries of our Nabi (S) will exceed them.
Gather all their moments of worry and concern and still the worry and the
concern of our Nabi (S) will exceed them. No other Prophets chest filled
with worry and concern like the way Rasullah (S)s chest overflowed with
worry and concern. He (S) trembled and shivered with worry and concern.
He (S) cried so much that Jibraeel (A) would have to descend and Allah
(swt) would say, O, My Rasool (S), do not cry too much, do not cry too
much.
During the nights in Madinah, if only we could go to the past and see
those nights, how much our Prophet (S) used to cry and worry! The way he
(S) tied rocks around his stomach to reduce hunger, if only we could see
this. The one who was offered high quality clothing, but he (S) preferred to
wear patched up clothing. The one who was offered food of Jannah, but he
(S) still preferred to go on three days without a bite of food. And today, I
have truly taken into account what my Nabi (S) went through. The one who
was asked by Allah (swt) to just say YES! Just say YES! And I will lay out a
tablecloth full of food from Jannah. You just say yes at least once, and I will
make the mountain of Uhud into gold for you! Just give me one hint! And I
will make the Arabian mountains into gold and silver and present them to
you, sacrifice them to you, and still in the akhirah it will not reduce anything
from you. It will not reduce anything from you.
After this He (S) said, NO! NO! I accept this hunger but when will
my Ummah be well off? I accept living in a tent, but when will my Ummah
be living in palaces? I accept travelling on a donkey, but when will my
Ummah travel luxuriously? I accept eating plain food, but when will my
Ummah eat complete dinners? And today I appreciate what I got. For three
days, He (S) didnt eat food. Signs were given to ask, but NO! One day
passed, second day passed, third day passed. Its the fourth day, He (S) went
to a field, and picked up expired dates and ate them! Abdullah ibn Umar was
with him. He (S) said, Abdullah arent you eating? He replied, Yaa
Rasool-ul-Allah, I am not hungry. He (S) then said, I am hungry. Today is
the fourth day, I havent eaten anything.
Oh my sisters! This is the Prophet whose sunnahs we are destroying
today. How much are you applying the sunnah of the beloved Nabi (S) into
your life? Are you attacking his sunnahs and looking for faults? If you are
looking for faults then look for faults in the western culture. Have you
realized whom you have attacked? The one who sacrificed everything for
you! What have we done??!!! Weve put his Sunnah to the sword. My
sisters! At least recognize who are your friends and who are your enemies.
At least identify those who are trustworthy and those who are unjust. On the
plane of resurrection, the hell fire will be screaming roaring, angels will fall
onto the ground, humans, jinns, awliya, ulema, mujahideen, and shuhada
will all be present on this day!
And in a hadith, it is stated that a man will have aamaal equivalent to
70 prophets, but even he will say I am not safe today! All the prophets will
say, Nafsee Nafsee, they will worry about themselves. Adam (AS) will
say, Nafsee nafsee, Yaa Allah today, I need saving, I am not interceding for
anyone else. Ibrahim (AS) will say, Yaa Allah, for the sake of our
friendship, save me today! I am not interceding for anyone else. Musa (A),
Yaa Rabee nafsee, nafsee, Yusuf (A), Yaqoob (A), Ishaq(A), Nuh (S),
Ismail (A), Sulaiman (A), Dawud (A).Nabi upon nabi, Yaa Rabee,
nafsee, nafsee, yaa rabee nafsee nafsee. Isa (A) will say, Yaa Allah, I am
not asking you to even save my mother, Maryam from Jahannam, save me
from Jahannam. Mothers, fathers, wives, children will say Yaa Allah, save
me!
Throughout the whole plane of resurrection there will be one noble
man. ONE MAN! Only one individual, one personality, on one side of
Maydan-e-Hashr, who will be crying and his cry will be a different cry,
Yaa Rabee, Ummati ummati. Yaa rabee ummati, ummati!!
Do you know who will be this man? He is our beloved Nabi
Muhammad (S)! Whose arms are open and hands are raised, he (S) is not
saying nafsee nafsee but instead he (S) is saying Yaa Allah, Ummatee,
ummatee, ummatee!
Allah (Swt) will say to him, Yaa Muhammad, what do you want?
Ask and it will be granted. He will say, Yaa Allah, begin the hisaab, begin
the hisaab my ummah cannot wait anymore. In some narrations, it says that
the thrones will be sent down to the anbiyaas, the anbiyaas will be sitting on
their thrones. Muhammad (S) will say, When my throne comes, I will not
sit on it because I fear that by sitting on it, it will take me away to Jannah.
And if I go to Jannah, what will happen to my Ummah? He says, I will not
break the order of Allah (swt) also, I will place my hand on the throne, but I
will not sit on the throne. And I will beseech my Allah, Yaa Rabee
ummatee ummatee.
And he (S) will carry on beseeching and carry on begging until
finally, Nabi (S) says Allah will give him permission that go into Jahannam
and take your Ummah out of Jahannam. He says I will carry on to him, and I
will carry on begging Allah until Maalik, the keeper of Jahannam, will say,
Yaa Muhammad (S), you have not left any chance for the anger of your
Raab on your ummah. SUCH A NABI!!!
We should at least have some sense of realization. Is there anyone
who can return the favors for our nabi (S)? Only Allah (swt) can reward him.
We havent got anything to offer him. We have hurt his (S)s feelings. We
have put his soul in unrest. We have neglected his way of life and teachings
for a life style that is leading us straight to Jahannam!!!
So my sisters, repent today! And make the intention to adopt the holy,
pure, blessed, complete, bright, way of life of our Nabi Muhammad (S). And
make the blessed life of Nabi (S) into our life! Make Allah (swt) happy;
adopt our beloved Muhammad (S) way. You will gain success in this dunya,
and you will gain success in the akhirah. There is no better effort than this in
the whole world. If you take part in this effort then Allah (swt) will make
you shine! If you dont do this effort then your time will be wasted. May
Allah (swt) give us the ability to act upon all this! Ameen
