a. Students information

2. Placement test
3. Keep the placement test in a temporary file
4. If agree to enroll
a. compile a file and include the placement test
b. print Student Registration info

Enrollment process
STEP 1: Kindly call Proman Academy personnel to arrange an appointment for
a placement test.

STEP 2: Student together with parents are required to present at the


Academy for the placement test.

STEP 3: Our teacher will give comments and advices to the parents based on
the students result in placement test

STEP 4: Student will be placed in either Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced


class based on the education level and placement test result.

STEP 5: Academy will keep track on students progress on monthly/quarterly


basis and keep the parents updated.
