PLUMBING WORKS METHOD STATEMENT

1. The setting out of all bathroom plumbing piping position shall in according to
architecture details.

2. Before casting of First Floor Slab, all the bathroom area formwork completed, setting
all the plumbing on the slab.

3. Then, install all the plumbing pipe sleeve to the location which marked on the slab
earlier.

4. To ensure all the pipe sleeve fixed rigidly on the formwork, this is to avoid the sleeve
move during concreting.

5. After removed the First Floor Slab formwork, start install all these sanitary piping on
soffit of bathroom.

6. After completed the brickworks, continue the sanitary piping at box-up area until full
complete.

7. This apply to all cold water piping within the bathroom. The position of cold water piping
must be marked on the brickwall prior to installation.

8. After marking, start hack the brickwall that of approximately 35-50mm. Then, start
install the cold water piping and patch the surface of the pipe to ensure the pipe rigidly
intact on the brickwall.

9. The cold water piping must be tested before installation of tiling.

10. The installation of fittings to be carry out after all the tiling works fully completed and
the house ready to handover.
