Over 30% of drug users in Indonesia are teenagers, endangering the future of the nation. Therefore, it is important to avoid drugs and educate others about their harmful effects.

THE DANGERS OF DRUGS ; SAY NO TO DRUGS

Drugs are short for Narcotics and other dangerous drugs. In addition to Drugs, other terms used
for drugs are drugs that stands for Narcotics, Psychotropic and other addictive substances
(harmful substances). These dangerous drugs are very dangerous for us. however, currently
Drugs have been widely circulated in the community both in urban areas, in rural areas, even
circulated within the legal apparatus. Many factors that cause a person to use drugs, especially
for teenagers. The main factor that causes teenagers to use drugs is because they experience a
crisis of self-identity. they are looking for the identity of those they have not met so they are
easily seduced by Drugs. Another factor is the family factor. many families do not pay attention
to their children especially for broken home family. These drug users do not know that Drugs
can adversely affect their users, here are the bad effects that can be caused by drugs.

In terms of health, drugs can harm organs in our bodies. substances contained in drugs can
damage the brain and kidneys if we consume excessively. Drugs can cause hallucinatory effects
that can harm our nerves. Drugs can also cause addictive effects for users so they will feel
addicted and want to continue using Drugs. In addition, the use of drugs can also make users
depressed, causing various malignant diseases such as liver disease, schizophrenia, blockage of
blood vessels, dehydration, optic nerve damage, brain damage, and ultimately can cause
DEATH!

When viewed in terms of religion, Drugs are drugs that are forbidden and should be shunned.
Because Drugs can cause a variety of crimes such as thieves, robbing, and even killing. drug
users who do not have the money to buy drugs will commit such crimes to get drugs. Moreover
Drugs can also harm yourself and others. By using Drugs, we have done what is forbidden in the
teachings of religion so that we will get sin.

In addition, for drug teens can ruin their future and endanger the future of this nation. Teens who
use Drugs will feel lazy in learning and there is no passion or will to live. They will only be
lulled by the momentary pleasures offered by drugs. Besides drugs also also harm our country.
we can see from the data collected by the government that 32 percent of drug users in Indonesia
are teenagers. almost half of teenagers in Indonesia have used drugs, even though they are the
next generation. what would become our nation if the successors are a generation that is lazy and
like to do evil.

Based on the above discussion, we can conclude that Drugs are a dangerous drug for its users,
others and the State. therefore, let us stay away from drugs by saying no to drugs, participate in
watching the drug circulation around us, doing counseling about the dangers of drugs and much
more. because with no drugs our lives will be more meaningful. whereas our live drugs will
become miserable.
