About the firm:
Wicked Ride is a premium motorcycle rental company. Founded by Anil G, Vivekananda HR and Varun
Agni, it started with a fleet of 5 motorcycles including 2 Harley Davidson in 2014. Since then it has
grown leaps and bounds, currently operating in 22 cities with a fleet of more than 800. They have
expanded their product portfolio from bikes to provide riding gears as well.
The choice of the firm was on the based on the fact that these were first generation young
entrepreneurs whom we could relate to and also because of the novelty of the idea.
Progress:
   1. Decided to choose the firm Wicked Ride. It sounded like an interesting firm to us since all of us
       are bikes enthusiasts and are interested in the automobile sector
   2. Understood the business model
   3. Interaction over call with the co-founder about the nature of the firm and its history
   4. Understanding the support functions like regulations, licensing , insurance

          e. Attrition reasons, if any/Retention reason, if any
          f. Extent of involvement of employees in decision making and their contribution
    2. Owners:
         a. Pygmalion effect(power of positive expectations)  motivation
         b. Discuss negotiation strategy with government and investors
         c. Decision making-strategic/intuitive
         d. Values the firm associates itself with. Projection of values from leadership to employees
             to customers
         e. Challenges encountered
         f. Constructive resolution of disagreement
         g. Dealing with good/poor performers
