Qualification BE or MBA or BE+MBA

Identify and empanel vendors within India and overseas for organizations
offerings which may include identity verification, employment background
screening, partner due diligence etc.
Lead vendor negotiations, recommend vendor selection and implement
standard procurement process while ensuring maximum value for the
business
Key Responsibilities Develop & roll out training modules to ensure adherence with company
processes and service quality standards by vendors
Monitor and analyse vendor performance on an ongoing basis to ensure
agreed SLAs and KPIs of the contract with clients are strictly implemented
Maintain contract database and protocol for ongoing vendors.
Pro-actively work with Operations department, product managers & Sales
Managers to identify procurement opportunities
