ZOOMIT SOFTWARE
Make Effective Presentations
Every Time
Hello Friends,
Welcome to Passionate Learning.
Have you ever wondered ?
That while giving presentations, Or while making YouTube videos,
We need to point out certain things, highlight certain areas,
So that our audience can better understand the concepts, which we are
explaining.
Sometimes, we may want to point out something with an arrow,
Sometimes, we might have to zoom in on the screen
Sometimes, we might have to draw a rectangle, in order to highlight a certain
area.
And a lot more things in order to make a good presentation.
In todays video,
We are going to learn about one simple software,
Which can help us a lot in giving effective presentations.
Basic Features of ZoomIT Software
Number 1
ZOOM (Obviously)
To Start Zoom:-
Press CTRL + 1
Then, use your Mouse Wheel to zoon in, or zoom out
To exit the Zoom Mode:-
Press ESC key, or Press the Right button of your mouse
Number 2
To DRAW in the Zoom Mode
When you are Zoomed in (CTRL+1):-
To Enter the Drawing Mode Press the Left button of the mouse to start drawing mode
To Center the cursor, press the Space Bar
To Draw a Straight Line:- Press SHIFT and Left button of the mouse, and draw the
line
To Draw a Rectangle:- Press CTRL and Left button of the mouse, and draw the
Rectangle
To Draw an Ellipse:- Press TAB and Left button of the mouse, and draw the Ellipse
To Draw an Arrow:- Press SHIFT + CTRL and Left button of the mouse, and draw
the Arrow
To Change the Width of the Pen:- Press CTRL, and use the Wheel of the Mouse to
increase / Decrease the Pen Width or arrow keys.
To Change the Color of the Pen:- Enter the Drawing mode and
Press the key r (for RED)
Press the key y (for YELLOW)
Press the key g (for GREEN)
Press the key p (for PINK)
Press the key o (for ORANGE)
Press the key b (for BLUE)
To Erase a previous entry Press Ctrl + Z
To Erase all drawings, press the button e
To Type something on the screen Enter the Drawing mode ( press the left
button of the mouse), and then, Press the letter t
If you need a completely white background, then :- Enter the Drawing mode
(press the left button of the mouse) and press the key w
If you need a completely black background, then :- Enter the Drawing mode
(press the left button of the mouse) and press the key k
To Exit Press the Right button of the mouse
To Copy a Zoomed screen :-
CTRL + C
CTRL + S
Number 3
To DRAW without the Zoom Mode
In case, you just want to draw on the regular screen, without zooming, then
simply press CTRL + 2
To Enter the Drawing Mode Press the Left button of the mouse to start drawing
mode.
Then follow the steps as given in Number 2, for drawing Line, Rectangle, Ellipse,
Arrows, adding Text etc.
