Animal Walks

Sea Walk

Steps:
1. Place hands on the floor
2. Next, straighten your arms and lock your elbows
3. Extend legs behind your upper body
4. Then walk forward with your hands on the floor while
dragging your legs and toes behind
5. Lastly, swing your body from side to side
Gorilla Walk

Steps:
1. Start by standing with feet shoulder width apart
2. Next bend trunk forward just little bit then hang arms in front of
you
3. Lastly walk like a gorilla
Elephant Walk
Instructions:
1. First stand and bend your upper body over your waist
2. Next place one hand forward for the trunk
3. Then put the other hand behind you to represent the tail
4. Swing trunk while walking forward
