Calicanto, Batangas City, promise to pay NORMA A. PEREZ, Filipino citizen, of legal
age and a resident of #86 A. Maselang Street, Batangas City, the sum of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php20,000.000) Philippine Currency, with five percent (5%)
monthly interest payable on or before April 30, 2017 without the necessity of demand.

In case of breach or default I agree to pay additional sum equivalent to ten (10%)
percent of the amount due for every month of delay and for attorneys fees, twenty
(20%) percent as damages and other expenses.

Any action to enforce payment of this note may be brought in the proper court
