PARENTAL ADVICE

We, Allan Dale O. Del Rosario and Ma. Judith S. Del Rosario, Filipino, both of
legal age, and Shiella A. Bejo, Filipino of legal age, after having been duly sworn
in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. We, Allan Dale O. Del Rosario and Ma. Judith S. Del Rosario, the parents
of Allan Dale S. Del Rosario Jr., do hereby express our consent and advise
to our child and approve to his decision to get married to Shaira Mae A.
Bejo;

2. While, I, Shiella A. Bejo, the mother of Shaira Mae A. Bejo, in the absence
of her father Ronnie G. Bejo, do hereby express my consent and advise
to our child and approve to her decision to get married to Allan Dale S.
Del Rosario Jr.;

3. That the parties have been advised of the implications, responsibilities,


and obligations in contracting marriage;

4. This is in accordance to Article 15 of the New Family Code of 1980 under


the New Civil Code of the Philippines.
