Mud CleanSystems

Mud-Clean is a water-based solution used to remove drilling mud and filter cake from the wellbore between drilling and cementing. It thins the mud to loosen the filter cake for better removal. Mud-Clean is non-corrosive so it can be left in the wellbore without damaging tubulars. Mud-Clean is a water-base, non-acid solution used as a wash between the drilling mud and cement. Its primary
use is as a preflush on casing jobs to remove drilling fluid and filter cake from the wellbore. Mud-Clean is non-
corrosive, and therefore can be used where the chemical wash will not be circulated out of the well.

Mud Thinning
Promotes excellent mud removal by thinning the mud and loosening the filter cake.

Better cement bonding resulting from more complete filter cake removal from the formation and casing.

Low V iscosity
Viscosity
Low viscosity allows solution to be put into turbulent flow for maximum mud removal.
