Quezon Universitys School for Professional Advancement and
Continuing Education will launch its Executive Education Program (EEP) on
Sept. 12, 2017 at 6:00PM. The event will be held at the Function Room, Victoria
Sports Tower in GMA, EDSA, Quezon City.
EEP will offer continuing education in the fields of Business (Sales, Marketing,
Entrepreneurship, Human Resource), Engineering, Computer Studies, and Law.
Executive Education has been identified as a vital tool for businesses to improve
leadership aptitude and capacity. It takes the lead to offer business owners and
professionals the learning, skills enhancement, and professional growth and give
them the chance to gain new insights on the Asean and Global (business) trends.
In an approach to bolster and support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), it
is imperative to impose timely skills to business owners and professionals
through an engagement in an executive education to ensure the required skills
from its workforce.
In a progressively multifaceted business milieu, business owners and executives
will continue to find ways to keep the lead and create viable change, requiring the
necessity for premium scholastic growth through executive education.
The key tactic undertaken by MLQU Executive Education is Substantiality of
Lifelong Learning in the Business World to Address Asean and Global
Challenges. This helps companies resolve issues in their workplaces while
providing acquiescent executive management training to further improve the
capacity of the business. It supports the desire of the company to transform
threats into opportunities and constantly respond to the challenges, expected or
unexpected, of continued reforms and variations in the Asean and Global
Business trends.
True to its commitment to recognize the needs of its client, executive education
courses can be customized to tailor-fit the requirements of the company. A pre-
evaluation of the existing policies, regulations, and practices will help determine
the program that will best appropriate the essential training to be provided.
The mission of MLQU is to educate leaders who made a difference in the world
of Business and Public Service. Living to the its creed of Pro Patria et Jure:
For Country and Law, MLQU Alumna of 1962 from the School of Law, Atty.
Lilia B. de Lima made these words a reality when she recently won Asia's most
prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award for Public Service.
Relatedly, a Recognition Program to honor a distinguished alumna, will be held
on the same date. With the transfer of the MLQU campus in Diliman this year,
the University started selecting a number of distinguish men and women to
receive its most important honor. After a series of deliberations, the MLQU
Achievement Committee has chosen Atty. De Lima as the first recipient and most
deserving of this highest honor, the Quezonian Lifetime Achievement Award.
Throughout their careers, accomplished graduates have contributed significantly
to their professions with utmost dedication of service to the community while
upholding the highest standards and values nurtured during their years with
MLQU.
They are MLQU's treasure and the University looks up to them as inspiring role
models who have made an impact on both business and society. Therefore,
these honorable men and women as representing the best that MLQU has to
offer to the world are recognized.
