LETTER OF INTENT

Dear Anurag,

This has reference to the various discussions you had with us.

We are pleased to make you an offer of employment in our Company. You will be placed as Area Sales

Manager. This offer is valid to join on 22nd June 2017.

Districts to be covered- Meerut Zone.

You will receive an Annual pay package of Rs. 8, 52,100 Per Annum (Eight Lakh Fifty Two Thousand Only) Per Annum.
The complete tentative breakup of your remuneration is attached herewith in Annexure I.

Out of this PF, ESIC & TDS will be deducted as applicable to your category of employee. Please note that the
company will only able to commit to a Gross Salary & will not take responsibility for any deduction owing to
Income Tax regulations.
You shall receive a detailed appointment letter after you join.

Please send us an acceptance of this letter as a token of your acceptance of the offer, confirming your date of
joining.

We look forward to a mutually rewarding relationship.

At the time of reporting for work, please ensure to bring following documents:

Two Recent Passport size photographs

Photocopy of all Educational Certificates

Proof of age certificate.

Proof of Permanent Residence

Proof of Temporary Residence

Pan Card Copy

Accepted Resignation Letter from previous employer.

Experience Certificate or No Dues Certificate from previous employer.

Last three month salary slips/ last three month bank statement indicating your salary of previous Organisation
