THOUSAND) and to the best of our knowledge and information, is able to
meet the year’s expenses of his son Mr.Rachit Gupta.

This certificate is issued at the specific request of the sponsor


Mr.Ramavatar Gupta exclusively for onward submission to the university in
U.S.A.

However, the certificate does not amount to a commitment on our part


of release of exchange from India and does not constitute statement of liability
on the part of the bank.
