Respected Madam,
Subject: Temporary Faculty - Department of Civil Engineering - Tendering for resignation - Reg.
Ref.No.NITT/Estt./Unit-I/TF/4-11/17-18/ 323 dated 28-06-2017.
With reference to above order, I was offered to work as a Temporary Faculty in Department of Civil
Engineering of the Institute till the end of the odd semester. I accepted the offer and joined the duty on
05.07. 2017.However, due to my financial problems I’ve decided to resign my position as a Temporary
Faculty before my tenure gets end.
As per the terms and conditions given in the employment order a months’ notice period should be given on
either side thereby my last working day will be on 26.11.2017 till which I will serve effectively and
complete my duties as required. Kindly, take this as a formal request and relieve me from the service as
required.
I have gained much here and have enjoyed working with you and my other colleagues in civil engineering
department. Personally, I would like to extend my hearty thanks to the faculties of civil engineering for
their support and guidance.
