• Material reconciliation on monthly basis. Reporting cost of non-billable items against
budget provision and resolution of extra items.
• Quantification of materials required for the project.
• Study of working drawings, BOQ, contract, tender specification, and drawing.
• Taking inputs and joint records on progress of work from site execution engineers.
• Calculating quantities of work done from drawing.
• Taking data from store regarding material supplied to contractors
• Compiling data from quality department regarding various test results.
• Obtaining measurements from site execution engineers.
• Preparation and timely submission of monthly MIS report.
• Preparation of measurement sheets and bar bending schedules.
• Timely invoicing and collection of payment from client, submission of PRW (sub-
contractor) bills.
