ADMISSIONS OFFICE

December 16, 2017

Mr. Jon Harris, Executive Director

Wisconsin Hospital Administrators’ Association
1515 Capital Avenue
Madison, WI 53532

Dear Mr. Harris:

Thank you for asking me to speak at the 35 th Annual Convention of the Wisconsin Administrators’
Hospital Association in Madison, Wisconsin next summer.

It is a pleasure for me to accept your invitation to discuss Woods & Water Medical Center’s admission
procedures considering our adding three new medical areas. The 3 new areas dermatology, pain
management, and allergy have resulted in our adding admissions staff. Our paperwork has increased
significantly.

If possible, I would like to:

1. Speak Thursday morning; so that I might be able to attend the Regional Administrator’s session.
2. Have several microphones located throughout the auditorium so that the audience may ask
questions.
3. Be supplied with a large screen and an appropriate overhead projector.

I will be happy to send a brief synopsis of my talk prior to the convention, if you wish. Again, thank you
for the opportunity to participate as a speaker at the convention.

Sincerely yours,

Connie Bussewitz
Head of Admissions
