SAFE ACCESS TO POWER, EVERYWHERE FOR EVERYONE

COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

This Commitment agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and effective on 19-Jan-18

BETWEEN: Bena Services Solution Ltd (the “Client”), a company organized and existing under the laws of the
republic of Rwanda, with its head office located at: Remera, Gasabo.

AND: Ignite Power Rwanda Ltd (the "Firm"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Rwanda, with
its head office located at: Gasabo, Kacyiru,17 KG 5

WHEREAS, the parties agree to certain terms on services to be performed by the Firm for the Client;

THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. TERMS

This commitment form is to serve as Client's written commitment for Firm to supply solar home systems and/or
contract with suppliers for the below described items or services. Client's signature also indicates understanding of
estimates, prices, terms and liability to Firm for said items or services. Alterations or revisions of above specifications
involving extra costs will be executed only upon additional written orders.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

The following services are to be performed by the Firm for the Client:

To assure an uninterrupted source of supply, with sufficient quantities of product, for the duration of the base
contract period (or option period). Attached is a list of the product category and/or brand name to which this letter
applies.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on 19 January 2018.
