HIGHLIGHTS OF MY TRAINING

The Greenergy Technology Trading and Services Corp. provide


us knowledge and skills about clerical and office work. The main
highlight of our training is about Filling and Encoding.

Filling is about keeping the documents in a safe place to be


able to find them easily and quickly, it helps the company to be
organized, systematic, efficient and transparent. Our trainers taught
us how to organize company’s document according to its category,
labeling them of what year and month, and putting them into its
proper place.

Encoding of data into Microsoft Excel is my forte, because I’m


well experience with Microsoft Programs like: Microsoft Word,
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. Ms. Jam said that I’m a
very fast-typer because I always finish the encoding task that was
given to me; I also help my co-immersion student to encode the task
that was given to them.
