COMES NOW, the IBP LEGAL AID, Masbate Chapter, Masbate


City by the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court
respectfully states THAT:

1. On August 3, 2017, the accused was released on bail. ( copy


of the order of release is hereby attached as Annex “A”).

2. The accused sought the services of IBP Legal Aid Office in


order to have a representation and the IBP Legal Aid office
indorsed the case to Atty. Jose A. Atibagos II and thus
hereby respectfully enters his appearance for the Accused
Virgilio G. Gonzales and prays that all records and notices be
forwarded to J ATIBAGOS LAW OFFICE, Airport Road, Masbate
City.

3. The undersigned counsel has been informed by the accused


of the scheduled hearing date on September 4, 2017 at
2:00 pm only recently. Due to previous commitments and
conflict of schedule, the undersigned counsel for the accused
most respectfully requests for a resetting of the hearing to
the next available calendar date.

4. That this motion to reset is not intended to delay this case


but based on the above reasons.

WHEREFORE, in the light of the foregoing,it is most respectfully
prayed for at this Honourable Court that the Sept. 24, 2017 hearing
be reset to the next available calendar date.
