The provisional final time extension has been granted up to 31.05.2017 to keep the contract
alive without prejudice to GAIL's right to take action as per the terms and conditions of
contract.

This is the last time extension is being granted, no further extension shall be granted. you
are requested to ensure to complete the job with safety within the extended period and
extend the bank guarantee up to the same period.
