1. Price terms: FOB QINGDAO price
2. Payment Term: 30% TT in advance, 70% balance to be paid by TT or LC at sight.
3. The price includes motors with 380V, 50Hz.
4. Delivery time: 30 working days.
5. Guarantee: The seller guarantee quality of the machines (excluding wearing parts) under International Certificate
ISO9001:2000 for a period of one year (12months) from the date of trial run finish, but not exceeding 18 months from the
date on which machines leave the factory.
6. Installation: The seller will provide all needful documents and drawings like foundation and layout drawings and
operation & maintenance manual to help buyer to start installatioin, if engineers are required for trial installation and training,
the buyer ought to offer devices and materials needed and necessary assistance. The actual expenses incurred
accordingly like accommodation charges, travelling fees and insurance need to be paid by the buyer. 100USD needed to
be paid by buyer as working reward for each person per day.
