CALCULATION OF COAL SUPPLY

1) Bonus - Penalty
a) If actual GCV is below/above 5800 Kcal/kg, then price will be adjusted
as follows:
Adjusted Price = Price x (Specs GCV (GAR) - Actual GCV )
