PROPOSAL FOR APPLYING NAAC ACCREDITATION IN UGC (within 6 months)
Objective:
Will apply “A” grade (CGPA>=3.01) NAAC Accreditation by UGC within 6 months duration.& got certified within the end of 2018.
Persons/Work involved:
Total No. of members in the team : 8 members
Volume of the work to be done : From the academic year 2012-13 to 2016-17.
(Data to be collected for all these five academic years)
Work Completed already : 1.1 & 2.1 & 3.1 & 3.2 & 4.1 & 5.1 & 6.1 & 7.1 criteria’s.
Requirements:
Senior most faculty of the department (or) the senior faculty who may handle one theory subject workload (or) the
faculty who served more than four years in our college needs to be deputed for the work. (One faculty member from
every engineering department and 2 faculties from Science & Humanities)
Two faculty members from S&H are used for collecting the common data
The duty of the department coordinator may collect the details and its necessary proof from the faculty members of the
department with the consent of the concerned Head of the department. (Since, most of the senior faculty member who
served more than 4 years in our college aware of the NBA/NAAC/ISO/APEX works)
No need for further training / orientation sessions in this regard. Because already many orientation / training session are
arranged for HODs and also for staff members / copy of the NAAC SSR / criteria’s / formats to be followed are already
in practice. The new faculty member may get help from the seniors of the department to do the collection work.
With an above said team of faculty members, the following deadlines can be achieved.
