ADAPTED TO FOOD HYGIENE
CORROSION RESISTANT
Our specifically designed multi-composite structure is produced without
mechanical welding nor paint. This reduces the risk of wear and results in a
45% improved corrosion resistance compared to 316L stainless steel.
TOTALLY WASHABLE
The whole door can be cleaned under high pressure. The stiffeners of the
curtain are sealed under watertight welds. A ‘wash drum’ allows even high
pressure cleaning of the rolling shaft.
AIR DRYABLE
The multi-composite surface is smooth and water repelling. It doesn’t contain
sharp angled nor welded parts, which allows for natural air drying and avoids
deposit of bacteria.
FOOD GRADE
The curtain of the R Food 5 door is made of food grade material, adapted to the > Cleaning with pressure
food industry.
ENVIRONMENT CONTROL
JUST-IN-TIME OPENING CYCLE
Thanks to a smart design and proven technology, the door opens and closes
just in time. Reducing exposure time to a minimum, this decreases energy cost.
SEALING AND RESISTANCE TO PRESSURE DIFFERENCES
The door has a flexible curtain with horizontal stiffeners guided in vertical
guides. Pressure is evenly distributed over the whole curtain, pushing it against
the guides to obtain a good seal. This design allows the door to operate even
under pressure differences.

The Nergeco “Intelligent Curtain” reduces the risk in injuries and damage. Denting

The toughness of the side guides and their ability to absorb an impact without
becoming permanently distorted avoid high repair costs. The corrosion- and
paint free material guarantees durability, even in corrosive and aggressive
environments.
AUTOREINSERTION
The door is equipped with autoreinsertion technology. In case of an accidental
crash, the curtain sets itself again. This unique system avoids time loss and
reduces the risk of high repair costs.
DIRECT DRIVE TECHNOLOGY
The direct drive motor with proven reliability provides long lasting performance.
This technology avoids the use of chains and reduces maintenance. General
wear is reduced as the door operates with only 5 moving parts (motor, gearbox,
limit switch, winding shaft, rotating sleeve).
