Topic of the lecture: Mind Power Magic

Aim of event:

The guest lecture was held to inspire and motivate the students to improve their mental ability
through neuro linguistic programming (NLP).

Details of the event:

The lecture was held to improve and motivate the students. It was very inspiring for the student,
Teens or the younger generation. Mr.Ramani Venkat talked about important concepts like: Brand
value, Network, Targets, communication, Perception. Each and every person needs a brand value
to build up their future and their professional life. Every student should know where to go?,
When to reach ?, How to go?

Every student life is a vehicle and he should choose his own way to lead his life. Having a
smaller target will not be sufficient for a student's life but having a larger target there will be a
bigger output. Having bigger goals is very important for every student. Everyone should have
good network. Networking is a key for every human’s life. It is a action that will get to results.
Everyone should know the purpose of the work which is very important to them. 75% of
communication is non verbal. Perception is the brand value and a weapon which changes the
thoughts of human beings.

Observation: It was very inspiring, motivating and useful for the students who attended the
session and it helps lot for the students to face the situation's in their life.

Suggestions: Prior information regarding session would have helped the students to prepare the
set of questions to ask in the session.
