THE INVESTMENT PROMOTION ACT

Regulations made by the Minister under sections 12 and 28 of


the Investment Promotion Act

1. These regulations may be cited as the Investment Promotion (Property Development


Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

2. In these regulations -
“principal regulations” means the Investment Promotion (Property Development Scheme)
Regulations 2015.

3. Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is amended, in paragraph (2), by deleting the


figure “10,000” and replacing it by the figure “20,000”.

Made by the Minister on 18 August 2017.
