A. J. Institute of Management (AJIM) is functioning under Laxmi Memorial Education Trust ®

(LMET) and established in the year 1999 with its own academic philosophy by keeping two

Institute is offering Two-year full time MBA programme, affiliated to Mangalore University and

recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and Govt. of Karnataka. Having begun its journey in 1999, A.J.

Institute of Management (AJIM) has carved a distinguished name in the field of teaching, learning,

research, publication and extension activities over the period. It is the Philosophy of the Institution

that, true education can take place only when thirst for knowledge in kindled from within. Hence,

every care is taken to harness the students’ innate initiatives by creating learning atmosphere that is

conducive to the spontaneous expression of his or her inborn talents and aptitudes. In doing so, the

AJIM is guided by its relevance in terms of regional as well as global developmental needs.
