MOTION TO ALLOW ACCUSED TO APPEAR


BEFORE THE OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL
PROSECUTOR

COMES NOW, accused BIUIFIUHSHOFO, through undersigned


counsel, to the Honorable Court, most respectfully states, that:

1. Accused is currently detained at the NMFOIIOFIO Provincial


Jail;

2. Accused wishes to appear before the Office of the Provincial


Prosecutor of NOFNOIOIFNO for the purpose of swearing an
oath before the said Office, in connection with a case for _____
he will file against one _____;

A copy of the draft of the Complaint Affidavit to be executed by


the accused is hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an
integral part of this Motion;

3. As such, accused begs the indulgence of the Honorable Court


that he be allowed to appear before the Office of the Provincial
Prosecutor of CFFPOFPOFPFP, subject to the conditions to be
imposed by the Honorable Court;

4. This Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of the


instant case but solely for the reasons stated above.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respecfully prayed of
the Honorable Court to allow the accused to appear before the Office of the
Provincial Prosecutor of DFMPODPFPO, subject to the conditions to be
imposed by the Honorable Court.
