Accountancy. As a requirement in our subject, Audit 1a&b (Audit and Assurance Part 1), we are
required to observe the internal control of a company. In connection to this, we have chosen
your establishment for this purpose. If you are amenable to this, we are asking your permission
to visit your company to gather necessary data.

We look forward to full cooperation with your staff and we trust that they will make available to
us whatever records, documentations and other information requested in connection with our
study. We assure that all information gathered will be handled with utmost confidentiality and
