May the Peace of Our Lord be with you always.

I hope that this letter finds you well.

I am writing you this letter in order to give you information on our preparations for
our Sponsorship in the ICC Lasalle Alumni Homecoming. Our Alumni Sponsorship
will take place on December 2022 here in Ozamiz City.

Last December 29, 2017, our batch had a batch-dinner/meeting held at Johan’s
Cuisine before we went to the Alumni party at the school grounds The event had an
attendance of at least 70 batchmates. (Attached are pictures of the attendance
during the meeting)

It was discussed and decided among the members the new scheme of collecting
contributions for the upcoming sponsorship event wherein there will be different
modes of payment according to the category you are in. During our Batch meeting
last December 2015, it was decided that we will contribute 1000 pesos until 2017.
This year we have increased that amount to 2400 pesos or 200 pesos per month for
employed batchmates, (ann, ikaw na supply ani.apila ang bank account number ug
other pertinent details) Our batch is expecting to raise at least 2 Million pesos for
the event. (Attached are the minutes of the meeting.)

In this connection, I would like to solicit your support in order to help us reach this
goal. Can we count on you to donate (amount) to help?

We hope that we can count on you to help us make this event our best one yet!
Something that the entire alumni of the ICC Lasalle Alumni Association can be
proud of!

Thank you in advance for your contribution. I hope to see you soon and at the
Alumni Homecoming!
