Mandatory Documents required for interview

 Two resume

 2 Recent Passport Size Photograph

 10th Mark sheet/Certificate and two photocopies of the same

 12th Mark sheet/Certificate and two photocopies of the same

 Diploma mark sheet and certificate (If applicable) and two photocopies of the same

 UG/PG All semester Mark sheets/Consolidated Mark Sheet and two photocopies of
the same

 UG/PG Provisional Certificate/ Degree Convocation Certificate-Provisional


certificate is mandatory for all and two photocopies of the same

 PAN Card & Passport (if not available, please apply immediately) and two
photocopies of the same

 Any Govt Photo/Address ID proof and two photocopies of the same


Candidates without the above mentioned documents will not be allowed for the
Interview. Electronic Gadgets like Pen drive / Hard disc / iPod etc are banned inside
Cognizant's Premises. Do not Carry any such item during the Interview.

Please carry a print out of this mail along with you for the interview.
