· As treasurer of the LGBTQ* Niagara I work closely with the president of the club to help prepare, and organize
everything that it happening in the club. I take care of the money, and keep the books to keep everything organized.

· Present menus to patrons and answer questions about men items, making recommendations upon request.
· Write patrons’ food orders on slips, memorize orders, or enter meals into computers for transmittal to kitchen
staff.
· Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
· Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, cold dishes, portioning out desserts, and brewing
coffee.
· Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sale taxes.
· Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages as well as answering phone to take
reservations or to-go orders, and greeting, sitting, and thanking guests.
· Roll silverware, set up food stations, or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or large parties.
· Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up serving station,
taking out trash, or checking and cleaning the bathroom. As well as tables or counters after patrons have finished.
