respondent complaint and same pending before in this Hon’ble court and
today posted for appearance and also posted for trail.

The petitioner accused further submits that he is unable to appear


before in this Hon’ble court today itself. Because of they were suffered
sudden indisposition of viral fever. Their absence is above said reasons
neither only nor willful wanton.

It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble court maybe pleased to


condone absence and permit to allow of their counsel to conduct of their
case and pass necessary orders in the interest of justice
