Island Breakout

Introduction
Honolulu, Hawaii
3:25 p.m
There was a team called Black Hawks who took over a nuke silo in
Canada and shot the biggest nuke in the silo. They shot it over the sea and
onto an island and formed that island into a fallout zone. We tried to send
weary birds but people would shoot them down or crash from mutated
creatures and monsters from the nuke. But one day one
weary bird made it through and picked me and Seth, we
were both lieutenants, before the nuke hit the island. I
said¨here we go sir¨ Seth replied¨Yep, there is our ride out of
here. Come on lieutenant.¨ We stepped on the weary bird out of the war
zone but someone had set up a machine turret that kept everyone from
leaving the island. Immediately we got shot down and crash landed on an
abandoned submarine. Well, it looked abandoned to us. Thank goodness
no one died in the crash! We needed all the support we could get! Almost
everyone was badly hurt from the crash. The pilot’s leg was damaged from
the impact. In my pocket was a picture of my mother. Her name was Casy.
My mother and my lit teacher Mrs. Powers were best friends. We went into
the submarine. Surprisingly there were people inside of the submarine. The
captain’s name was Joshua, and he had 30 crew members alive with him.
We went in there slept until morning.

Chapter 1
When I woke up, all I wanted was to get some breakfast. It smelled
so good it blocked out all other smells. I could smell buttery pancakes,
eggs, and bacon. I woke up just in time, “That food smells good doesn't it?”
one of the crew members named Kaeden asked. I replied “Yeah, “ I had
never smelled anything like it. We were stationed here from the general.
Seth and I were here for five years at a military base on this island. I said,
“They think we're all dead on this island”. Joshua replied” I fixed the radio
and told them that you were here, and what happened to the transport
helicopter.” I went outside and face planted in the ocean. I sank down, my
lungs feeling like they were being crushed, gasping for air. I could feel
myself fading off into the horizon. My senses were reintroduced to the
world when somebody pulled me up just before I was going to die. I said in
my head to myself. ¨I would not mind dying.¨ But I still begrudgingly said
“Thank you”. But as soon as he pulled me up, he punched me right in the
face. Blood started gushing from my nose and I heard a voice. It said
“Hello, I am the most evil mastermind in this hempisphere, you will be
here for a while.”
Chapter 2
I asked him out of fear, not curiosity,“Who are you and what do you
want with me?” He replied saying,” You shall find out soon enough, but you
will have to do some favors for me first, or you, your friends, and family
will die. I have planted a bomb in your base. They do not know it, so if you
retrieve the items I need, I will turn it off. If not, they will all die. What you
need to get is 10 bottle caps. I asked “Where are they located?” Then he
said “You will have to find them yourself in less than 15 days.” When you
are ready, and have retrieved the bottle caps, you need to get these
supplies: weapons, food, and water. We found a new weary bird, so the
evil mastermind and I flew it to the submarine. I said” Here we go! Another
weary bird! Now that's what I’m talking about!” So Seth said” I will be the
pilot, but we better hurry because I heard a Deathclaw close by.” “Okay” he
replied. We found two weary birds with a full set of power armor. We flew
back the direction were the submarine was. I found the bottle caps to save
my family. But we had to fight raiders. If we didn't fight, then they would
rake the bottle caps. We would all perish. Kaeden and I got in the tow
power armor and we fought the hardest we ever fought. We didn’t worry
because we had power armor, but we found hundreds on hundreds of
bottle caps in the fallout. Bottle caps were money on this fall out island.
Chapter 3
I began searching for the things on the list. As I was scavenging, I
saw tomb raiders’ corpses being eaten by a Deathclaw, and accidentally
stepped on a dry and dead stick that went *CRACK!* The deathclaw heard
the snap and started to chase me. It was staring me
right in the eyes. My heart was racing faster and
faster by the millisecond. My heart was racing like a
race car almost to first place. Then I head this loud
scream and a big THUD! Someone tied the deathclaw
down, so I ran, and hid in an old wine cellar. The guy
who shot it tracked me there. Now all I can remember is a power armor
raider picking me up and taking me somewhere… And then all of a sudden
I wake up with at least twenty pythons out of this box with steel bars. Then
a raider pulled me out, but when he did there was a steel chain with a lock
on my foot. Then he gives me five meals for the day.
Chapter 4
But as he pulls me out of the cage I hear this scream again like the
deathclaw. I was unchanged but right behind me was the deathclaw as I
said in my head” I guess deathclaws love me for some reason.” But then he
grabbed me and chunked me away to the door, so I said “ Well I better start
running again.” So as I was running guess what I found or fell in a grave on
a pile of bones. But I hit my head on this thick skull so I stayed, there for a
while Lord knows I wanted to wake up and get out of there I heard loud
steps while I was knocked out. When I glanced up out of the dug up grave
there was a medic helicopter IT WAS MY FRIENDS KAEDEN, SETH, AND
JOSHUA! When they brought me in the helicopter they heard about the guy
who took me and knocked me out from the submarine they saw what
happened. So they captured him and put him in a high-tech cell. When we
get back to the U.S., I will be happy to say he will be in a high tech cell for
a while.
Chapter 5
Anyway, as they were flying me back to the submarine our home for
now but in my head I was thinking¨can this day get worse?¨ And as it turns
out it can. So yay as I was saying THE SAME DEATHCLAW BROKE THE
PROPELLER ON OUR HELICOPTER! As happening I’m still knocked out and
I’m still strapped to the rolling bed and falling ten feet above the air.
Behind me is the pilot, Seth, Kaeden, and Joshua following me right behind
me trying to pull their parachutes to go down safely. Well that didn't
happen I felt the impact. Now I think I know what nukes feel like when it
explodes.
Chapter 6
We all ran away and found a tiny little cabin we walked into the
cabin and I pulled everyone in and saw a man a weapon-smith and a good
medic with an MP5 on a strap on his chest, and he was buff and looked like
nobody wanted to mess with him. He said” What's up fellas!” we said, “
Hello we are badly injured will you help us?” Sure and are you guys
National Guard?” I replied” yes we are National Guard.; “ Oh cool I used to
be a professional boxer, but life was rough, an I got hurt too many times.
My record was 50-0.” “Are you guys popular?” “No.” Alex replied” after I
heal you guys I have something to give y’all, it is special.” (20 MINUTES
LATER)
“Okay I have healed you guys, Now I will now give you 20 million bottle
caps and 20 million dollars” Kaeden replied “Okay that will be useful
whenever we go to the USA.” Then we all asked simultaneously “Alex,
with your professional Medicine and fighting skills would be an honor for
you to join us, so will you?
“ Yes, I will.”
Chapter 7
After Alex packed his bag we set off into the island again and it was
so quiet the only thing you could hear was your own breath and your feet
walking on the dead leaves. Alex said” Where are we going?” I replied ” We
are going to our home on this island, a submarine.” As we walk to our
destination, we see a deathclaw egg. We take the egg, and we put it in an
incubator for it to hatch and become our partner or pet.
Chapter 8
Seven years later, it's been a while and this egg hasn't hatched, so I
think it’s an old egg and has been all of a sudden. It cracks but the smell
was like a thousand of dirty rims with mud all over them with no bath. But
it looks so cute, my body could explode with cuteness going through my
veins.
We choose we were going to name the baby deathclaw. So we all had
a vote. Joshua said “ Deathclaw jr.”, So that’s what we went with and kept
walking toward the shore.
Chapter 9
When we were walking towards the shore we found an old raggedy
boat, but with all our talents we were able to fix it up and find a weary
bird, and we even repaired that so it could take us home. But before we left
we said “our farewells to the Fallout zone,” and we also said “ Goodbye
Fallout zone see you next time” Then we kissed the ground, got in the boat
and disappeared out of the fallout zone’s sight. To the submarine to get
our stuff and the others, as we go over the ocean with the crew and
headed off.
Chapter 10
Coast of Mexico
12:00 a.m
Dear People,
who ever reads this letter, this is the people who survived the
island break out. We all are treading water off the coast of Mexico. I
wrote this on our way here to the United States, if you're reading
this give it to our children they all live in Canada Brealey Drive,
Peterborough, Ontario. Give it them one way or another, and please
tell them to come find us my laden's sons name is Jason, Kaeden’s
kid is Michael, Alex’s kid is Thomas, Joshua’s is Devonte. P.S. tell
them that we love them.
