To provide a technical assistance to operations & other refinery departments related to process.

Loading of adsorbents in sulfur guard bed, makeup gas & Feed driers.
Initial, acidizing & final dry out, driers regeneration manually & automatic through isomerate.
I-82 Catalyst Loading of Lead & Lag reactors; Perc injection calculations.
Made Daily unit performance Fact sheet calculator & Monitoring sheets.
Coordinate with laboratory during testing & results compilations.

Turn Around 2014 Activities: (41 days) Nov 6th to Dec 17th, 2014.
Studied & Monitored the following installations:
Modification in Distillation Column & Gas oil stripper for increasing gasoil yield.
Basket type duplex filter at inter & top reflux of DC for the removal of foreign particles.
Modification in Columns & strippers for new isomerization unit.
Fully retractable soot blower in convection zone of box type furnaces.
