Vendor Rules & Regulations
The Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea Market is a unique place to visit and a great place to
operate a business. The vendor rules & regulations make Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea
Market a better flea market for both Vendors and shoppers.
1. Doors will open at 6:00am for all Vendors. General Admission 7:00am to 2:00pm.
2. Vendors must comply with all federal, state, county and city ordinances, laws and
regulations, and have appropriate permits and/or licenses.
3. No prepaid tables can be sublet, assigned or transferred by the purchaser to another
party. Holiness Tabernacle Church must approve all changes. There are no refunds or rain
checks. Vendors have no proprietary rights to any space.
4. Vendors who Lease a Space at the Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea Market accept the space
on an as is, where is basis. Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea Market offers no guarantees or
warrantees of any kind. The Vendor will specifically hold Holiness Tabernacle Church Of God In
Christ, Inc, its members, managers, officers, employees, directors, shareholders and agents
harmless from any and all damages and/or injuries suffered in conjunction with its operation.
Vendors must execute the Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea Market Vendor Agreement before
occupying a space. Should a Vendor fail to execute a Vendor Agreement, the Vendor agrees
(which agreement is evidenced by occupying a space or purchasing a Space Ticket) nonetheless,
to be bound by the terms of Vendor Agreement. Vendor Agreements are available in the Space
Sales office.
5. Vendors may reserve on a month to month basis their occupied spaces / tables by pre-
paying for the table at the end of each Tuesday by 7:30 pm. $25 for 10x10 spaces. $45 for two
(2) 10x10 spaces. $5 for tables.
6. Vendors must remove all trash and property from the space by 3:00PM each Saturday.
Vendors will be fined a garbage fee of $25 if any property / trash remaining in the vendor
space/table. This rule will be strictly enforced. Vendors who are assessed a garbage fee will
be notified via email and must pay the garbage fee prior to future access to the flea market.
7. All merchandise must be displayed on table tops and may not be displayed on any other type of
displays racks or stands of any kind other than those that can be displayed on a table top.
8. Vendors who reserve tables along the walls will be limited to bringing in one (1)
alternative display rack to be placed behind each table and adjacent to the wall.
9. All excess vendor merchandise must be stored in containers or boxes and stored under
each vendor table. All boxes stored under tables must not encroach upon pedestrian isles or
neighboring vendor spaces. This will be strictly enforced.
10. Management reserves the right to move Vendors, and/or refuse to sell a space to a Vendor
or prevent a Vendor from occupying a space for which they have reserved but not paid for.

11. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person (Vendor or shopper) to
Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea Market if management believes the person will not comply with
the Vendor Agreement or these Rules and Regulations, or management believes there may be a
breach of the peace.
12. The Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea Market is designed to accommodate all vendors on
designated spaces to make sure the vendors have successful sales and all vendors MUST
clearly specify his/hers products. Competing or selling the same product not mentioned in the
seller’s application will result in a vendor losing his/her space.
13. Management reserves the right to enter any space, inspect all merchandise and regulate
what the Vendor sells at anytime.
14. These general rules and regulations can be modified at any time and without notice.
All update rules and regulations will be posted to www.holinesstabernaclechurch.org.
Prohibited items and Activities (may never be sold)
Counterfeit items or unlicensed merchandise;
Guns or Ammunition;
Adult books, magazines, videos or like material;
Drug paraphernalia and Games of Chance;
Any other product/service that is in violation of any local, city, state or federal
regulation or statute;
Storage, sale or use of gasoline, petroleum, explosive or noxious items or products;
Prepared foods, drinks or snacks including alcohol;
Solicitation of vendors and shoppers;
Distribution of fliers, handbills, etc.
Any violations of the above activities, we reserve the right to revoke Vendor’s
Application and access to Holiness Tabernacle Church Flea Market and may disclose
such violation to Law Enforcement.
All Vendors agree to be bound by any changes, revisions and interpretation of these Rules and
Regulations.
There will be NO REFUNDS for any moneys or credits under any circumstances.
