Lufthansa is offering him the option to extend his status for a fee of 500 euros or he will receive a blue Miles & More card and continue earning award and status miles. As a Frequent Traveller, you are one of our most valued customers. Which is why we are writing to you
today to take this opportunity to give you advance notice that your Frequent Traveller card will expire at the
end of February 2016. The number of status miles in your account as of 21 September 2015 is not yet sufficient
to renew your Frequent Traveller status as of March 2016.

To extend your status you will need to either earn 35,000 status miles or have flown 30 flights with
Lufthansa or selected airline partners by the end of this year. You can check your current mileage balance
at any time in your personal online lounge at miles-and-more.com.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to continue to enjoy the benefits of Frequent Traveller status –

even if you are unable to earn the required number of status miles by the end of the year. To extend your
status for another calendar year for a fee of 500 euros just visit www.miles-and-more.com/en/frequenttraveller.

If you do not wish to take up this offer and you do not achieve the necessary number of status miles by
31 December 2015, you will automatically be sent a blue Miles & More card in the new year. With this card
you can continue to earn award and status miles.

If you currently have a Lufthansa Frequent Traveller Credit Card, we will send you a Lufthansa Miles & More
Credit Card Gold with a new credit card number. Naturally, you will continue to benefit from the credit card's
extensive range of services.*
