MOTION FOR RESETTING

The undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court most respectfully moves for
the re-setting of the hearing of the above-captioned case and further avers:

1. That the above-captioned case is scheduled for hearing on 22 March 2018 at 8:30
o’ clock in the morning;

2. That on the said date, 22 March 2018, the undersigned is taking a personal leave
to renew his driver’s license; thus, he is constrained to ask the kind indulgence
of the Honorable Court to reset the above-scheduled hearing to 3rd of May 2018;

3. That this motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the proceedings
in court.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable


Court to grant herein motion for the purpose above-stated.
