without the express consent of said defendant, due to a recent appointment as

a Clerk of Court in the Regional Trial Court Branch 10.

That upon approval of this Honorable Court, all pleadings, notice and

papers in connection with this case be addressed to JUN MIRANDA with

address at No.9 West Aguila, Green Cross Subdivision, Quezon City
