1. POSITION: ENUMERATOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
To participate in training and conduct household field visit as per given target
To collect data
To participate in coordination meeting as per requirement
To report progress of activities to his/her Area Field Officer on daily basis
To travel anywhere in his/her assigned field area (if required)
To maintain excellent working relationship
To provide feedback after each assignment
Qualifications:
Fourteen Years Education from government recognized institute.
At least one (1) year of progressive field work experience as field enumerator;
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with government
officials, civil society organizations, and donors to coordinate with implementing
Partners and grantees;
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Familiar with Android technology and use of android based devices;

2. POSITION: AREA FIELD OFFICER (SUPERVISOR)
Duties and Responsibilities:
To participate in training and supervise household field visits
To supervise data collection process;
Field work management including expense record, sampling and logistics at field
level;
To participate in coordination meetings as per requirement
To report progress of activities to his/her Zonal Officer on daily basis
To travel anywhere in his/her assigned field area (if required)
To maintain excellent working relationship
To provide qualitative feedback after each assignment
Qualifications:
Fourteen Years Education from government recognized institute
At least two (2) year of progressive field work supervision experience in relevant field;
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with government
officials, civil society organizations, and donors to coordinate with implementing

4. POSITION: ZONAL FIELD MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
To participate in training and supervise field teams
To supervise data collection and submission process at zonal level;
To participate in coordination meetings as per requirement
To report progress of activities to his/her Field Manager on daily basis
To travel anywhere in his/her assigned field area (if required)
To maintain excellent working relationship
To provide qualitative feedback after each assignment;
To provide field staff evaluation to head office.
Qualifications:
Sixteen Years Education from government recognized institute
At least three (3) year of progressive field work supervision experience at provincial
or zonal level;
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with government
officials, civil society organizations, and donors to coordinate with implementing
Partners and grantees;
Must be able to perform under pressure and problem solving abilities;
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Computer literacy, command on Microsoft office, using hand held devices, personal
laptop and internet facility is mandatory for applicants.
5. POSITION: TRAINER
Duties and Responsibilities:
To participate in TOT and deliver cascade training(s)
To travel across Pakistan for trainings
To participate in coordination meetings as per requirement
To report progress of training to competent authority
To maintain and share participants record
To maintain excellent working relationship
To provide qualitative feedback after each assignment
Qualifications:
Sixteen Years Education from government recognized institute
At least two (2) year of progressive development sector;
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with government
officials, civil society organizations, and donors to coordinate with implementing
Partners and grantees
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Computer literacy, command on Microsoft office, using hand held devices, personal
laptop and internet facility is mandatory for applicants
Ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds
6. POSITION: FIELD MONITOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
To participate in training and conduct field monitoring visits as per given target
To monitor; watch, observe, document and report field activities
To participate in coordination meeting as per requirement;
To record best practices from field;
To record pictorial evidence of monitored activities;
To report progress of activities to his/her coordinator on daily basis
To travel anywhere in his/her assigned field area (if required)
To maintain excellent working relationship
To provide feedback after each assignment
Qualifications:
Fourteen Years Education from government recognized institute.
At least two (2) year of progressive field monitoring experience in relevant field;
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with government
officials, civil society organizations, and donors to coordinate with implementing
Partners and grantees;
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Computer literacy, command on Microsoft office, using hand held devices, personal

7. POSITION: PROVINCIAL MONITORING COORDINATOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure trainings of field monitors
To manage and coordinate field monitors
To participate in coordination meeting as per requirement
To report progress of activities to his/her national coordinator on daily basis
To travel anywhere in his/her assigned field area (if required)
To maintain excellent working relationship
To provide feedback after each assignment
Qualifications:
Sixteen Years Education from government recognized institute.
At least three (3) year of progressive field monitoring experience at similar position;
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with government
officials, civil society organizations, and donors to coordinate with implementing
Partners and grantees;
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Computer literacy, command on Microsoft office, using hand held devices, personal
laptop and internet facility is mandatory for applicants
8. POSITION: DATA ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
To receive and log field hard data
To Screen and tag of data
To edit data and coding
To enter data (if any)
To Clean data
Qualifications:
Fourteen Years Education from government recognized institute;
At least two (1) year experience in relevant discipline;
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Computer literacy, command on Microsoft office;
Personal laptop and internet facility is mandatory for applicants.
9. POSITION: Finance Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
To maintain vouchers and record
To disburse advances
To clear field staff finances
To finalize accounts for submission and audit
To disburse field staff wages
Qualifications:
Fourteen Years Education from government recognized institute, preferably in
commerce
At least two (2) year experience in relevant discipline;
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Computer literacy, command on Microsoft office,
personal laptop and internet facility is mandatory for applicants
10.POSITION: LOGISTIC/ADMIN ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure venue arrangement
To assist trainings
To arrange logistic arrangements and stationery
To issue hand held devices to field staff
To receive handheld devices from field
To check, maintain and store equipment and hand held devices
Qualifications:
Fourteen Years Education from government recognized institute.
At least two (2) year experience in relevant discipline;
Proven track record of professional integrity and honesty;
Computer literacy, command on Microsoft office,
personal laptop and internet facility is mandatory for applicants

General TORs
General Service Agreement with APEX Consulting Pakistan will be in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions:
Section I
Payments
Wages will be paid on basis of “number of working days served” in a month. Payments will be cleared after submission and
acceptance of data.
Section II
Relationship of Parties
Staff recruited through a specific advertisement is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, co-venture, or in any
other permanent association with the Firm. The Staff is also not authorized to speak for or represent or obligate the Firm in any
manner without the prior express written authorization from the Firm.
Section III
Confidentiality
Staff recruited through a specific advertisement shall not, during the term of this Agreement and within one year of after its expiry,
disclose any propriety or confidential information relating to the Consultancy, this Agreement or the Firm's business or operations
without the prior written consent of the Firm. Moreover, the Staff undertake to return safely all the confidential data/
information/records etc., required by them for rendering the services efficiently under this Agreement, to the Firm, at the time of
completion of the consultancy work.
Section IV
Service Provider's Warranties
Staff recruited through a specific advertisement shall not assign or transfer all or any portion of the services under this Agreement
without the Firm’s prior express written permission. However, during the term of this Agreement, the Firm may engage the services of
any other individual or company that competes with Staff or offers services similar to those offered by the Service Provider.
Section V
Termination
The parties hereto acknowledge that this Agreement shall remain valid until delivery of the services hereunder and payment therefore.
An earlier termination by either party may occur by giving prior written notice to the other party of not less than 15 days.
Section VI
Payment Mode and Taxes
The Firm will deduct tax at source while making any payments to the staff under this Agreement.
Section VII
Arbitration
In case of any dispute/conflict arising between the parties with respect to this Agreement or any transaction accruing as result of this
Agreement, the same shall be referred to two mutually agreed arbitrators (one from each party's side). The decision or award so given
shall be binding on the parties hereto.
Section VIII
Benefits & Leaves
Under this Agreement, the Staff will not be eligible for and shall not participate in any employee pension, health, welfare, or other
fringe benefit plans, of the Firm as offered to the permanent employees. Leaves are allowed only to staff hired on monthly Payroll
based.
Section IX
Reimbursement
The Firm will not reimburse for any of expenses relating to this Agreement until and unless agreed and specified. The Firm will provide
lodging and boarding if the Staff is placed to his/her non-residential area. Prior permission is required for boarding and lodging. The
Firm is not responsible for any expenses (i.e., telephone calls, temporary housing, parking, mileage, purchase of computer etc.)
incurred by the staff without written approval.
Section X
Indemnification
The Firm shall not indemnify from and against any loss, liability, damage, cost and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable
fees for injur. Firm will notcover anyasset loss or damage of whatever nature to any person, property or any other claim incurred by
the staff. In Witness Whereof the undersigned being duly authorized thereto, have on behalf of the Parties hereto signed this
Agreement on the date first above written
