ABSTRACT

The project aims to develop and design a structure as a protection from a


destructive effect of scouring phenomenon cause by big waves in which scouring is
the occurrence that removes and displaces the sediments such as sand and boulders in
the coastline. Since scouring effects is really an alarming condition especially in the
nearby buildings, the client aims to have this seawall project. Other than that, the
project also aims to provide easement for the future development resolutions such as
building more rooms for the Alpha Christian School, creating basketball playground
for recreational activities, etc.The seawall project to be constructed is located along
the Coast of Camotes Sea.
