Pedagog Activity 1. The main focus of the lesson is for
y the students to be able to identify
what are renewable and
nonrenewable resources.
2. The lesson will begin by the teacher
providing a brief summary of what
are resources.
3. The teachers will divide the students
into groups where each student can
have a turn on the smartboard.
4. The first group will do the first two
slides of identifying a natural
resource
5. Before they are asked to identify
natural resources the first slide will
give them a definition if they can not
recall from the brief synapse
6. The teacher will have Group 1 check
mark the natural resources and put
an X for what is not a natural
resource (each student)
7. The second slide Group 1 will drag
the word to the appropriate
definition
8. If they are unsure they can ask the
other groups to keep those waiting
for a turn engaged as well
9. Group 2 will come up and do the
next two slides by reading the
definition and applying the definition
10. The energy sources slide is another
check mark slide asking what is a
energy source and “X” what is not
11. Group 3 will come up and write
what are different types of energy
sources
12. After they written the answers one
student will check the answers by
clicking the green check mark at the
bottom right of screen
13. The next slide group 3 will erase the
orange blob to reveal the answers
14. The last slide will be a whole
classroom interaction where the
teacher will call on whoever to come
up and classify each energy source
by clicking and dragging to the
appropriate box
15. Then we will check our answers on
the next slide
