Instructions; Inspect the device with the operator and ask them to take you through what is stored on the local disk. You should look for files that contain personal data or passwords. Also
validate that Antivirus is installed and operating, that the device is patched to the latest version and that the asset tag is in line with the asset register. Check the recycle bin is emptied
regularly and that the downloaded files folder is cleared regularly. Check for USB drives or disks held locally.
