(all shocked) Whaatttt?? You don’t know cendol girl??? It’s the recent viral girl that
wanted to get cendol and then sulked because she wasn’t able to get some.

Anyway guys, what does viral mean?
By definition, viral comes from the word ‘virus’ which is a medical term. It used to have
that definition.
Nowadays, because of the internet, many contents are spread around not only in
Nabawan, or Sabah, or Malaysia…but the entire world in just a short amount of time,
just like a virus! Most people have social media nowadays, and most of the content are
shareable. If you like it, you click share. If you enjoy, you share it. That’s how the
contents get viral on the internet.
So, how does something go viral?
Didn’t you listen what we said just now?
I did, but it sounds complicated, so I stopped listening.
Wow. Okay. Have you ever seen that video of a girl eating ramen with her fingers?
How about Panama dance?
Or ting ting ting tang tingggg~
Or that one where the cat gets stuck in the window for trying to sneak into a house?
Hmm. We haven’t seen that one.
Oh yeah, that one is my cat Cookie, it was hungry and tried to sneak in, but got stuck. I
recorded it, hee hee.
Ooo okay. Anyway, many people are recording themselves doing embarrassing things
and post it on the internet. The question is – is that the only way to go viral?
Maybe. But maybe not. But it sure is the easiest way to do it.
Viral things can be good or bad. So before we hit that share button, read it first, and
