Ingredients:
   2 zucchini sliced
   2t turmeric root, sliced
   2t ginger, sliced
   1 clove garlic
   1T cumin seeds
   handful kale, sliced
   2T miso paste
   s&p to taste
   500ml filtered water
   3T coconut oil
   1 onion, sliced
   1T fresh rosemary
    Method:
    In a fry pan over medium heat, add 2T coconut oil and fry rosemary with onion, turmeric,
    ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, s&p, onion until soft. Add kale and stir fry until soft. Remove
    from heat and set aside.
    In a pot filled with water add sliced zucchini, place on stove and bring to boil, simmer until
    soft and just cooked through.
    Add all ingredients to the blender, including the pot water with zucchini. Don’t forget to add
    your miso and remaining coconut oil!
    Blend until smooth. Adjust to taste. Serve.
