1) Area around piles have been excavated without causing


damage to the pile.
2) Design cutoff level set on pile.

3) Break piles to the required/set cutoff level.


4) Reinforcement is adequate to provide the adequate
development length from the pile to the pile cap.
5) Rebar has been cleaned of all impurities including loose rust,
concrete laitance and other material that would decrease
bondage.
