1. Mr Sandeep Singh Gym Instructor is working in JLPL since 01-05-2012 .Lately he


has started drinking and has become habitual drinker because of his marital discord. With
the result he had started neglecting his duties causing problems for other employees. He
has been counselled many times but there is no improvement in his performance.
2. Keeping in view the above it is submitted that an appropriate action may please be
taken against individual. It is also recommended that his services may be terminated
with immediate effect as a deterrent to others.
