The quotations must reach the office of the undersigned in a closed cover complete in all respects
before 01:00 pm, 3rd May, 2011.
The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. Participants may present at the time of
opening of the bidding either in person or through their authorized representatives.
Department reserves the right to cancel/modify the terms of this notice at any time without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
